What is Amplinome?
Amplinome is a company that specializes in developing intelligent, AI-powered chatbots for medical practices. We were founded in 2024 by a medical student from Heidelberg University. Our solutions facilitate communication between practices and their patients and help to increase efficiency in practice.
What can our chatbot do?
Our chatbot answers common patient questions, plans appointments, provides information on practice opening hours and services, and can be individually adapted to the needs of your practice.
Can the chatbot work in multiple languages?
Yes, thanks to the advanced AI our chatbot supports all commonly used languages, what allows you to break any language barriers with your patients.
Do we store personal patient data?
No, Amplinome does not store sensitive patient data. All data is securely processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is only used for necessary communication purposes.
Is the chatbot easy to use?
